Dr. Smith laid his academic foundation at the University of Kentucky, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in General Sciences. Go Wildcats!

Doctorate

He earned his Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) from the prestigious Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, mastering clinical eye care.

Dr. Smith holds dual active licenses to practice optometry in both Kentucky and West Virginia, allowing seamless care for our border community.
